with reference to rebuilding of the accommodations of MV ITALICA which has been carried out in Your Yard, we would like to inform You about the quality of the job in the accommodation spaces.

We appreciate the good quality in the standard of Termomontazas Subcontractor's job, even considering some defects partly due to the short time they had to carry out their job because of the delay in the delivery of the ceiling and boarding panels.

According to JSC „Vakarų laivų remontas“ order, dated 2009-01-07, contract No. 01/09-10011025, JSC „Termomontažas“ had manufactured and installed the following furniture to the ship‘s „Sentinel“ cabins: writing cabinets, wardrobes, secretaries, beds and supplied with chairs.
The furniture was manufactured properly and installed on time. The done works were accepted by JSC „Vakarų centrinė laboratorija“ quality control engineer and by the owner.
JSC “Termomontažas” has manufactured and installed qualitative cabinet furniture for the following ships: “Vestviking”, special-purpose ship which serves at oil platforms “DP Falcon”, and for Italian scientific ship “Italica”.
We recommend JSC “Termomontažas” as a manufacturer of qualitative cabinet furniture.

JSC „Termomontažas” is a member of Association of Lithuanian Shipbuilders and Shiprepairs and take an active part in all activities.
The company is certified by The Lithuaniain Maritime Safety Administration and is liable to engage in ship building and ship repair (technical insulation, tin plates works, finishing, furniture manufacturing and mounting on ships), the sertificate No. 26109.
The main activity of the company is the insulation mounting of all ship parts. The company is able to perform complicated works and large scope of works, therefore it provides services not only in Lithuania, but in ship buildings and repair yards of other countries.
It shoud be noted that the company supplies the high quality services and therefore provides them to companies of other sectors of industry in Lithuania.
The company has considerably renewed the industrial equipment and has expanded their activity sectors.
JSC „Termomontazas“ has employed qualified specialists.
The company complies with performed works quality and labour safety control systems.
The company has all needed equipment.
The concluded Agreement No. 37 between JSC „Termomontazas“ and Russian Maritime Register of Shipping is valid.
