Challenge

'Meridianas' is a symbolic feature of Klaipeda’s maritime and one of the most popular tourist attractions in Klaipeda, Lithuania.  'Meridianas' was in a need for a radical makeover and Termomontazas was required to completely renovate it and bring its former glory.

Solution

The reconstruction of the sailboat was based on old drawings in order to preserve and restore its iconic look. Termomontazas was responsible for deck fitting, replacing siding and insulation works.

Result

The look of 'Meridianas' has been significantly modified, the sailing ship now serves as museum, restaurant and a café.
